Yes, we do travel! Anywhere within 40 miles is free of charge. Have an event farther away? No problem! We require only $1.50 per mile beyond our 40 included miles (we only charge one way). For events outside Salt Lake/Utah county, please inquire for special pricing.

Yes, we do require a deposit of 25% of your bill to reserve your date. The remaining 75% is due seven days prior to your event. Late fees apply if not paid in full preceding service.
Yes, and the earlier the better. Event dates fill quickly, and we're typically booked full months in advance. We require a minimum of two weeks preparation, so don't wait to reach out about our availability!
No. We currently do not offer alcoholic options. However, we do offer Zero-Proof alcohol alternatives (mocktails). They have the taste you love without that alcohol itself.

Events canceled with at least 30 days notice are refunded fully minus a $100 restocking fee. Cancellations within 30 days will not be required to pay the complete the final deposit. Any cancellation less that seven days prior to the event will still be charged.
Our custom bar is easy to set up, and so our preparation averages about an hour. However, each venue requires different amounts of preparation and may require longer than an hour.
It is important to solidify your guest count and be as exact as possible. If you aren't sure, remember that overestimating is always better than underestimating. Guest counts are crucial for our preparation, and underestimating the attendance at your event may leave us high and dry (literally). This can effect the happiness of your guests and negatively effect our brand. We are lenient with guest counts estimation up to 20% more than expected. If the event exceeds the additional 20%, you will be charged the total per person cost + $1.00 for each additional guest served.

While planning our wedding, I wanted a high-class soda bar at our reception. As I searched, I only found soda bars serving simple flavored sodas on plastic tables stacked with ugly syrup bottles and plastic cups. I decided that I would create the bar I was searching for. That was the beginnings of Bottoms Up Mocktails!
